SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 8 -- The Sacramento Police Department issued the following news release:
On Saturday, November 8, 2008, at 8:02 a.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to the 4000 block of 51st Street regarding a shooting. Officers arrived and located a man suffering from gun shot wounds. The person was later pronounced deceased at the scene. The deceased is described as a White male, early 30's, 6'5", 260 lbs.
