DICKINSON, N.D., Nov. 3 -- Dickinson State University issued the following news release:
It wasn't pretty but they will take it. The Dickinson State Blue Hawks assured themselves of no worse than a share of the Dakota Athletic Conference title by defeating Dakota State University 29-15 today on what could have been the last DSU game played at Whitney Stadium. Plans and funding for the new Badlands Activity Center could move forward in time for the beginning of next fall' . . .
