COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., July 7 -- EL Paso County issued the following news release:
The El Paso County Board of Commissioners recently approved a purchase agreement to acquire property in the Rancho Colorado area. The parcels will come from willing sellers and will be purchased with funds from the Department of Defense and no county monies.
