LINCOLN, Neb., Oct. 27 -- The University of Nebraska issued the following news release:
"National Climate Change Legislation and Opportunities for Nebraska," is the theme for a symposium 1:30 to 5 p.m. Nov. 6 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Both presidential candidates support Congressional legislation to help mitigate climate change - most likely in the form of a greenhouse gas emissions cap-and-trade system. Such a system would create a "carb . . .
