LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Nov. 5 -- The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality announced the following news release:
The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) has approved a final air permit for construction and operation of a coal-fired electric power plant in Hempstead County.
