FORT RILEY, Kan., July 5 -- Fort Riley issued the following news release:
The 1st Infantry Division and Fort Riley will welcome the new Assistant Division Commander for Operations, Brig. Gen. Perry L. Wiggins, with a Victory Honors Ceremony scheduled for 9 a.m. July 7 at Building 580.
