KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 28 -- Pellissippi State Technical Community College issued the following news release:
It's been estimated that, at a minimum, one in every six households owns and operates a small business in this country. In essence, these entrepreneurial efforts create the economic engine that powers the nation's financial sector.
