PINAL COUNTY, Ariz., Feb. 1 -- Central Arizona College issued the following news release:
When David Andres goes scuba diving, he generally resurfaces with an aquarium of ideas for his latest creations.
Beginning Wednesday, Jan. 30, the Central Arizona College adjunct professor will splash his latest paintings and prints on the walls of the Visual Arts Gallery.
