TUCSON, Ariz., Aug. 21 -- Tucson Electric Power issued the following news release:
A new Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) program will make compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs available from local stores at discounts of up to 50 percent off of regular retail prices.
