PLANTATION, Fla., Oct. 10 -- The South Florida Water Management District issued the following news release:
The South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) awarded the City of West Park a stormwater improvement grant for drainage improvements that will enhance flood protection in Broward County's newest municipality. The effort also will improve regional water quality by reducing pollutants flowing into northern Biscayne Bay.
