INDIANAPOLIS, July 28 -- Indiana State Sen. Richard D. Young, Jr., D-47th District, issued the following news release:
Indiana Senate President Pro Tem David Long (R-Fort Wayne) has appointed State Sen. Richard Young (D-Milltown) as a member of the Interim Study Committee on Immigration. The committee will review, among other issues, the impact of illegal immigration on Indiana schools, hospitals, and criminal justice and social service agencies.
