NEWPORT, R.I., Oct. 10 -- Salve Regina University issued issued the following order:
Dr. Ray Raymond, an adviser on American politics to British Prime Minister Tony Blair's chief of staff, will discuss "Europe and the United States in an Asian Century" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16 in the Bazarsky Lecture Hall on Salve Regina University's campus.
