WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission received the following comment:
Regarding re-licensing. I have been a resident of Placer County since 1960. I remember my dad taking me, my brothers, Boy Scouts of our local troop to visit local rivers and streams. It was experiences like that that instilled in me the love of the outdoors. I remember the fishes we would catch, see, in the pools of the American River, Bear River, Auburn . . .
