DUBUQUE, Iowa, May 14 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rock Island District issued the following news release:
On Wednesday, May 28, at 11:45 a.m. the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will celebrate the completion of the museum's Environmental Management Exhibit (EMP) and updated disappearing ducks display with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
