JACKSONVILLE, Ala., Feb. 13 -- Jacksonville State University issued the following news release:

Chocolate kisses, red roses and conversation hearts are all popular items to give to someone you love to celebrate Valentines Day. The National Confectioners Association states about 8 billion conversation hearts will be produced this yearenough candy to stretch from Rome, Italy to Valentine, Ariz., and back again 20 times!

Candy hearts may saturate the Valentines market . . .
