TORONTO, Aug. 25 -- Hydro One issued the following news release:
Hydro One has made a $10,000 PowerPlay grant to the Municipality of Highlands East, to improve the park and outdoor rink facilities in Cardiff. The PowerPlay Program benefits children's outdoor and active play facilities in Ontario communities served by Hydro One.
