Sherri Burr, Professor of Law at the University of New Mexico, will speak on "International Relations in a Post 9/11 World" at Western New Mexico University Thursday, Feb. 28, at 7:30 p.m. The lecture will be held at the Global Resource Center Auditorium. It is free and open to the public.
