LAWRENCE, Kan., Oct. 24 -- The University of Kansas issued the following news release:
The University of Kansas benefited from record-breaking support from private donors in fiscal year 2008.
KU Endowment distributed $112.1 million in support to KU's four campuses in fiscal year 2008, which ended June 30, including a 15 percent increase in student support over the 2007 fiscal year. More than 6,500 students receive support from KU Endowment funds.
