AUGUSTA, Maine, Sept. 10 -- The Maine Department of the Secretary of State issued the following news release:
Election Day 2008 is just 54 days away, and Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap wants to remind Mainers of a unique program highlighting both the value of our democratic system, and the sacrifices made by many Americans to preserve our democracy.
