BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 1 -- The National Electrical Contractors Association issued the following news release:
President Bush recently signed into law a "continuing resolution" (HR 2638) that will keep the federal government running through March 6, 2009, and a $3 million appropriation for the Helmets to Hardhats program for fiscal year 2009 was included in that budget measure.
