BRUSSELS, Belgium, Oct. 28 -- NATO Kosovo Force issued the following news release:
The musical accompaniment was assumed by the Upper Austrian Musikkapelle Kopfing, which concluded the ceremonial part with Beating of the Retreat (a sequence of military pieces of music).
