KOKOMO, Ind., Oct. 16 -- Indiana University at Kokomo issued the following news release:
Ghosts, goblins and ghouls of all kinds are invited to come and enjoy the 18th Annual Halloween Open House at Indiana University Kokomo. Children ages 10 and under can participate in a night of trick-or-treating and other spooky activities on Friday, Oct. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Kelley Student Center.
