ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Oct. 31 -- The Office of the Anchorage Mayor issued the following news release:
The Anchorage Parks and Recreation Department will temporarily close the north section of the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail at Westchester Lagoon from Mile 0 north to Elderberry Park on 5th Avenue for 96 hours beginning at 8 a.m. on Sunday, November 2.
