MONROE, La., Oct. 31 -- The University of Louisiana at Monroe issued the following news release:
The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at the University of Louisiana Monroe will offer a free "SBA Patriot Express Loan Program for Veterans" workshop Thursday, Nov. 13, from 6-8 p.m. at the ULM Administration Building, room 2-105.
