1. 6:00 P.M. - CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Mayor Randolph called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Morse called the roll with the following members of Council present; Mayor Randolph, Betty Clark-Wine, Jon DeVaux, Terry Harrison, Ken Matthews, George Parkhurst and Eric Smith.
2. ADJOURN TO EXECUTIVE SESSION: CRS 24-6-402 . . .
