Members of the Hayden family, friends, distinguished guests, thank you all for being here.
As I look out and see all the senior officials and VIPs here this morning, I'm reminded of my commissioning ceremony as a Second Lieutenant at Lackland Air Force Base in 1967. Before the ceremony we were all asked if we would have any guests attending in the rank of Colonel or . . .
