DURHAM, N.C., Oct. 28 -- North Carolina State University issued the following press release:
Several North Carolina State University-owned parking lots and campus streets will be accessible only to students, faculty and staff after 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31. The university is closing the lots and streets to reduce the out-of-area traffic anticipated for the Halloween Hike on Hillsborough Street.
