FIFTH ETSU PRESIDENT PASSES AWAY

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Nov. 16 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news release:

It is with deep regret that we inform you of the passing of Dr. Arthur H. DeRosier Jr., East Tennessee State University's fifth president. The ETSU Office of the President learned today that Dr. DeRosier died of cancer yesterday (November 15, 2007) in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. DeRosier had retired as president of Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.
