BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 10 -- The city of Boulder issued the following news release:
As part of the city of Boulder's business incentive program, Interim City Manager Stephanie Grainger has approved Siemens Power Generation Inc.'s application for a flexible rebate and authorized up to $50,000 in sales and use tax, building permit fee rebates, and employee training assistance. Siemens has chosen Boulder for the location of its first U.S. wind power research and development ( . . .
