BOSTON, Mass., Oct. 29 -- The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection issued the following news release:
The Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) will hold a public hearing next week to solicit comments on the application of Cape Wind Associates for a Chapter 91 license to construct and maintain two electric cable systems in waters of the Commonwealth.
