INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 29 -- The Indiana Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will restrict traffic Friday along State Road 44 just west of Progress Parkway as Milestone construction crews install a manhole and initiate storm sewer work in advance of a $10 million Major Moves project on the east side of Shelbyville on either side of Interstate 74. The existing brick manhole located in front of the Farm Bureau . . .
