BROOMFIELD, Colo., May 2 -- The city and county of Broomfield issued the following news release:
Broomfield's Housing Rehabilitation Program is encouraging residents to fix up their homes and lower utility bills. A lower interest loan rate has been announced (1% - 3%) for eligible participants. Project management is also provided to the income-qualified households.
