SKOKIE, Ill., Oct. 28 -- The village of Skokie issued the following news release:
It is time to reset your clocks! Starting this year, Daylight Savings Time officially ends on Sunday, November 2. Daylight Savings time will now regularly end in the United States on the first Sunday in November. Clocks are set back one hour at 2:00 a.m. These dates were established by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.
The Skokie Fire Department also reminds residents to change the batter . . .
