DENVER, Oct. 24 -- The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment issued the following news release:
The Water Quality Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Colorado Department of Transportation have reached a settlement totaling $506,385 for stormwater violations that were identified at highway construction projects in 2005 and 2007.
