PIERRE, S.D., Oct. 29 -- The South Dakota Republican Party issued the following letter:
Dear Friends:
These are tumultuous times we live in and it is easy to see why the American people have lost faith in Washington. The DC system is broken and we need a little South Dakota common sense to fix it.
Out of control spending, lack of oversight of our financial markets and flat out refusals to pass substantive energy policy are the legacy of the Democrat-l . . .
