CLARKSVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 4 -- Austin Peay State University issued the following news release:
APSU faculty, staff and students are invited to attend an historical first when the University breaks ground at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 12 for its own classroom/office building across the street from the SSG Glenn H. English Jr. Army Education Center, Bastogne Avenue, Fort Campbell, Ky.
