MEMPHIS, Tenn., Dec. 12 -- University of Memphis issued the following news release:

U.S. Rep. Marsha Blackburn is scheduled to address University of Memphis graduates during winter Commencement ceremonies Saturday, Dec. 15, at FedExForum. In morning and afternoon sessions a total of 1,405 degrees will be awarded, including 26 doctorates.
