JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., June 16 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news release:
The former U.S. Congressman who helped make a state-of-the-art forensic center at East Tennessee State University's James H. Quillen College of Medicine a reality was honored today with the naming of the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center.
