FLORENCE, S.C., Nov. 5 -- Francis Marion University issued the following press release:
Francis Marion University today announced that Progress Energy has made a $50,000 gift to replace computers in the Progress Energy Technology Center located in Rogers Library.
Established by the Progress Energy Foundation in 2003 through an $80,000 gift to the library, the Progress Energy Technology Center provides computer access for FMU's more than 4,100 students 88 hours . . .
