SPRINGFIELD, Ill., Oct. 17 -- The Illinois Student Assistance Commission issued the following news release or announcement:

An October 14, 2008 USA Today article reports that the 'Wind for Schools' program assists schools in obtaining small wind turbines, which can be used to provide environmentally-friendly energy while educating students about renewable energy sources. The program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy's Wind Powering America program . . .
