BROWNSVILLE, Texas, July 28 -- The University of Texas System Brownsville issued the following news release:
The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College re-opened campus Monday, July 28, to students after Hurricane Dolly, thanks to united efforts by campus departments and offices.
On Tuesday, July 22, UTB/TSC campus shut down at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday July 22 and remained closed Wednesday, July 23 and Thursday, July 24 for Hurricane Dolly.
