BROWNSVILLE, Texas, July 31 -- The University of Texas System Brownsville issued the following news release:
Dr. Dan Heimmermann has already begun thinking about the early weeks of his tenure as dean of The University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College's College of Liberal Arts.
