MERRIMAC, Wis., Oct. 2 -- Alliant Energy issued the following news release:
The Merrimac Preserve near Devil's Lake State Park will be the site for a special ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony on Monday morning, October 13. Riverland Conservancy will be holding the event to officially open their Carbon Cycle and Habitat Diversity Trail - one of three major trails on the property.
