MADISON, Wis., Oct. 7 -- Alliant Energy issued the following news release:
The early June flooding of the Baraboo River caused extensive damage to many properties and structures throughout Sauk County. The Mid-Continent Railway Museum, with its property bordered on the north and east side by the Baraboo River, was especially hard hit. Floodwaters completely inundated the portion of the facility that houses the Museum's collection and acts as a staging area for their train rid . . .
