ORANGEBURG, S.C., Feb. 28 -- South Carolina State University issued the following press release:
South Carolina State University will celebrate the 112th anniversary of its establishment at its annual Founders' Day convocation.
The event will be held on Sunday, March 2, at 4 p.m. in the Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center. The keynote address will be delivered by Eugene Robinson, columnist and associate editor of The Washington Post.
