JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Sept. 22 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news release:
East Tennessee State University's Yellow Bike Program allows students, faculty and staff to borrow a bicycle from the Wayne G. Basler Center for Physical Activity (CPA) for one hour or up to an entire day. This energy-efficient means of transportation lessens the need for automobile use, while offering an opportunity for exercise.
