JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Oct. 20 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news release:
A free public seminar, "Bicycling Rules of the Road: How to commute safely" will be offered at East Tennessee State University's Wayne G. Basler Center for Physical Activity this Saturday (Oct. 25) beginning at 11 a.m. and concluding with a campus bike ride.
