JOHNSON CITY, Tenn., Oct. 22 -- East Tennessee State University issued the following news release:
On Monday, Oct. 27, at 7 p.m. in Brown Hall Auditorium, East Tennessee State University will host a free public regional premiere of the documentary film "Woven Ways."
While focusing on Navajo carpet weavers, the film outlines the Navajo people's struggle with the difficulties caused by uranium mining and by coal-fired power plants.
