ANNAPOLIS, Md., Oct. 15 -- Gov. Martin O'Malley, D-Md., issued the following news release:
Governor O'Malley announced today the appointment of Mr. Leonard J. Eiswert to the District Court for Garrett County.
"I am honored to appoint Leonard Eiswert to the District Court for Garrett County," said Governor O'Malley. "Mr. Eiswert has led a distinguished career in both civil and criminal law, and I am confident that he will be an outstand . . .
