NEWPORT, R.I., Oct. 21 -- Salve Regina University issued issued the following order:
Francis J. "Bing" West, who served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs under President Ronald Reagan, will present a lecture, "The Strongest Tribe: War, Politics, and the Endgame in Iraq" on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. at Salve Regina's Pell Center for International Relations and Public Policy.
